Year 5 had a fantastic time at Headingley Water Treatment Works as part of the Rivers and Water topic in Geography. They learnt about all the 'baddies' in the water, how water is cleaned in Leeds, how water is used in other parts of the world and had an amazing tour of the works.

As part of One World Week, Year 4 talked about which countries members of their family come from. We represent 30 countries and together we belong to Wigton Moor.

Year 4 identified the properties of shapes in Maths.

As part of our history topic Mrs Rhodes came to talk to Year 1 about holidays when she was a little girl.

Yr 5/6 Couch to 5K club ran their longest run so far at the Temple Newsam Fun Run!

In English, Year 4 worked together to plan and group ideas for our persuasive text writing unit.

4B love listening to their class reading book, which is currently The Butterfly Lion by Michael Morpurgo.
