Friends of Wigton Moor School
Welcome to the Friends of Wigton Moor School (FoWMS) section of our website.
We work closely with the school to raise money to provide extra learning opportunities and equipment and we'd love to welcome new members.
What does FoWMS do?
- Organises events like school fairs and discos
- Supports teachers with classroom supplies
- Raises funds for new equipment, class workshops and school improvements
- Builds community by connecting parents, staff and children
How can you help?
- Volunteer for one-off tasks.
- Help with social media/digital communications
- Designing posters to advertise events
- Join committee meetings to share your ideas and energy.
- Help plan or run an event
- Become a member of the committee and taken on a roll as Chair, Secretary or Treasurer
