Wellbeing Support

If you are suffering from domestic violence or abuse, please talk to us or contact Leeds Domestic Violence Service on 0113 246 0401, or the National Domestic Violence Helpline on 0808 2000 247. Please click here for more information.

If you would like to discuss a Safeguarding issue with a member of staff, please contact Elaine Bown, Kat Jury or Caroline Lee.

Pupil wellbeing is of paramount importance at Wigton Moor. We support wellbeing and foster resilience in many different ways, through Assemblies, the PSHE and RSE curriculum, the 4Cs, British Values and the three different pupil councils.

When children and families need additional support we can provide guidance and advice. We are fortunate to have access to pupil counsellors, play therapists and family support workers through the ARM (Alwoodley, Roundhay, Moortown) Cluster. We can also lead Early Help Plans to provide a formal structure to help you and your child.

Please contact Caroline Lee for further information, either by calling the school number 0113 268 2341 or emailing caroline.lee@wigtonmoor.leeds.sch.uk
